From work with a wide audience and having a special purpose groups by trainings, thematic discos, Gendernogo interactive theater we came to the necessity to work with an individual. Exactly it impelled us to create an antikrizisnyy center, where the specially geared-up consultants of the same age can hear out children. To open a center life forced, when listeners and listeners of our trainings began to come to us on informal conversations and after advices. A "LIGHTHOUSE" worked on the base of general schools Kiev. An unicity of this center was in that consultations were given by teenagers to the teenagers on principle "equal - to equal" and on the basis of gendernoy sensitiveness.

Center "MAYAK" the name of which is decrypted as "youth alternative, "Ya" advising", - it, above all things, help in the search of ways of permission of conflicts. After trainings, conducted the young trainers of SHRV, participants and participants of trainings searched with them more close contacts and told about the problems.

At the decision of more difficult situations, when intervention from adults was required, experience of psychologists, experts-tutors of SHRV was used. And here were two ways of continuation of work: it is conducted by a young trainer or a psychologist, social teacher, continues (in the cases when a child suffers from home violence, when the question is about drugs or other threat for life and others like that).

Advantages of grant a psychological help on principle "equal - to equal" consist yet and in that children, executing the function of consultants, did not lose an attentiveness, sympathy, openness, faith in the forces and have an enormous desire real to help that, who appeared in a difficult situation.
